this week i was experimenting with layers of paint and water.
the swirl frame is one of my favorite stamps from Unity.
i first painted the journal page yellow,
added punched squares of book text, 
then stamped the frame stamp using embossing ink and embossed it with UTEE.
i then played with adding layers of paint and water.
when it dried, i simply wiped the paint away from the embossed frame with a wet towel.
the embossed image creates a resist. (learned that one from tim.)
the dried flower stamp is another one of my favorite stamps from stamper's anonymous.

also added more of my original artwork to my website yesterday.
most of the originals have already sold, but i just got the new batch of prints up on the website so check them out!
here is a sampling of the new stuff!

 (the angel is my new favorite and i keep teetering back and forth on whether i should keep it or sell it. it just tugs at me and i feel like i cant part with it yet.)
