Hello again, Melissa here! After I saw Donna and the Inspired ladies carve their own rubber stamps I was inspired (and totally jealous!). I had NO idea what I wanted to carve so I did some web surfing and found flower clip art that I thought would look good as a stamp.
Grabbed my supplies: carving tool & blades, speedy carve block, images, chocolate, and a self healing mat.
Transfer the design to your block.
Carve along the black lines.
Cut away the excess rubber.
My new stamp trimmed and ready to stamp.
Test stamp! Touched up a few edges.
Used Stazon to stamp a random pattern over my tag.
Added some color to my tag with Color Wash sprays & blotted the extra off.
Doodled over my stamped tag.
I went a little crazy stamping tags, but I was just so excited! I can't wait to use my new stamps in my inspiration journal.
Now for the part you've been waiting for...the special KIT. It has a stamp carving set and two extra blocks because I know when you get started you won't be able to quit! I'm throwing in a FREE sunset orange color wash spray because the Pantone color of the year is tangerine tango.
I LOVED carving stamps and sharing projects with you this week. Type "love" the the comments section of your order and I'll add a pack of canvas hearts for FREE.
