hi my name is donna and good, fun, functional product gets me excited!
so today let me share with you my happy joy.
Fiskars...well by now you know about my green drill (so new it is not even on the website) well i must tell you about some other tools that i could not function without!!!
i have always loved fikars tools...but now they come in fashion colors!!!
- do you see that mat...the pink one? well it is 2 sided and is lime green on the reverse. so freakin cool. it is my second favorite tool it is 36 x 24" and covers the functional workspace of my table...can't live without it.
- they also have the BEST craft knife i have ever used and prettiest. it is ergonomically designed, not sure what that means, but that must be the reason it does not hurt my hand!!
- they even make NON-STICK scissors!! love this little guys
- i had never used a micro-tip scissors before, what heck was i thinking!! these are perfect for detail cutting. the things you just do not know!
then this morning...i pre-ordered the Heidi Swapp roller stamps...yes ALL OF THEM!!!
i love you heidi swapp!!!
ok so that is my happy joy for today!
time for another cup of coffee and more creative paper play!
I ordered the drill from Scrapbook.com the other day and thought I was getting the black one. To my happy surprise I got your green one! I was so excited! Thanks Donna! I really enjoy you and your class!

since I BOLO'd on all your giveaways yesterday, I consoled myself with pre-ordering almost everyone of the new Heidi Swapp roller stamps. Your enabling is awful! I just swore on my blog YESTERDAY not to buy anything scrappy. I am WEAK, I tell ya! WEAK!!

i have used those springy micro scissors Forever and feel sorry for people who don't. they are amazing. when people see my handcut lettering they always tell me they can't cut straight, etc. etc. yes you can! you just need these scissors.(and move the paper when cutting- not the scissors) i can tell they don't believe me, but, it's true!

So Donna, are you just torturing us with this great cutting mat, or is it actually available out there in the marketplace yet??? Tried searching on the Fiskars website, but it only gives me generic places that carry Fiskars products in general. 'Cuz you KNOW everyone who reads your blog (and that's a lot of us!) is gonna' NEED one! Well, at least me anyway LOL!

I need the mat. It will match my lime green donna downey thinks I rock tee shirt. And the other assorted lime goodness that has made its way into my room.

Hey, did they made that drill look naughty on purpose so that we women will subconciously love it even more? MUWAAHAAHAA!! But seriously, that looks like a cool thing that I must have! I *heart* all my Fiskars stuff and I'm sure the drill rocks too. Thanks for sharing!

I just bought a new Fiskars scissor--the Titanium Nitride Mighty Snip. These are great for cutting wire, plastic, heavy card stock etc. They have serrated blades and are comfy to hold. I bought mine at Hancocks--check next time you are in one of the craft/fabric stores and try a pair. They're wonderful!
