bill caught me painting today with camera in hand!!
they were such great shots i had to post a couple of them!
had a great brainstorming chat with Kal today...she is an absolute inspiration.
just talking to her made me get excited to create.
been re-reading/page turning through her book too...total inspiration!
check it out!
getting ready for this weekend at scrapbooks too in SUNNY MN!
i am going to sleep at cathy's for the weekend and take her to the crop with me on friday...she just might show up in classes? who knows!
i know we are going to IKEA and my favorite place dick blick and i am sure there will be an impending podcast in the works already. cathy is going to make my favorite sandwich...it has no name, but she knows what it is and it is so flippin' delicious. she swears food always tastes better when other people make it, but that sandwich says love cathy!
Painting is so much more fun when you stand! Now, all ya need is an easel. You can pick one up at Dick Blicks (boy, I miss that store!). Have fun painting and in MN! :)

Donna, I am wondering if some of these paintings might be translated into your own line of scrapbooking papers? :) I think they should be............. !!

The thing I want to know is what is the sandwich? No name is fine, but what are the ingredients? (Can you tell I haven't eaten yet today??)
I've been enjoying your paintings -- I may even try to get a bit more creative myself. Right after I try the sandwich! ;)

I just got back from there - the weather was unbelievable - we missed all the yucky weather in NC and the East! We stayed right by the MOA and ate at this cool Italian Restaurant there. Also went to the Archive Photo Store (3rd level) IKEA is awesome too. We ate at Bubba Gumps too and it was neat. That Italian Restaurant is a must do though - the baked spaghetti and chopped salad are great - we split them both! Have a fun time and post pics!

I totally agree! Food does taste better when someone else makes it. Can't say I have ever made a salad at home that I truly enjoyed. When the kids are grown, restaurants here I come!
