getting ready for South Africa!

these are some of my favorite shots from my first trip in 2005...
so amazing!

this year bill and i are going together and grandma cookie is in charge of the kids.
(love you mom!)
i am so lucky to get to travel like this with my husband, we are head over heals excited.
he has been researching all the cool things about the fabulous accommodations and plans for safari!

right now, this is the sight of our bed as we assemble and pack clothes for the next 10 days in s. Africa.
i always tend to over pack, but i am really trying not to this time.
as for bill he usually packs more than me so we are trying really hard to convince each other that we will not need the kitchen sink.

tomorrow we have an exciting morning, cole starts his first day of preschool, so we will all (grandma cookie, bill and i) walk cole to class and then head directly to the airport for a very long day of travel.
i will try and post from the road but not sure about the internet access,
but either way the laptop will be with me.

i am hoping to be online when registration for Inspired. opens on sept.15th and i am so excited i could just about burst!  

 
when i was naming the event, i just kept coming back to this inspire definition stamp (catslife press). it sums up the intention of my event, the response i want from it and the teaching style i wanted to include.
