I absolutely love the paintings you are doing. I haven't checked on you in a while and some how have missed seeing all your paintings. I used to paint a lot but am so busy doing my stuff on the computer these days I haven't been able too. I think I will pull out my paints today. Thanks! I really do Love the flower what a great idea. Oh and I couldn't see the video. Something wrong with my quicktime but I could hear it. Strange. And I am a huge fan of The Secret too. Happy Sunday!

Great job, Donna! Loved the movie. Please do more. Your event sounds so wonderful. I have a conflict this year and can't go but if you will make it an annual event I will be there next time.
Lovin' Rosie also.

Donna,
The iMovie looked GREAT! I am a campus instructional tech and this is what i do for a living, getting teachers and kids to use technology in their learning, so it's VERY COOL.
You should definitely come up with a title that has some cool visual FX and you could probably create some cool intro music with GarageBand. ;-) Like you don't have enough to do, right? :-)
Keep it up girl, it's fabulous! All of it.

Hey Donna!
I am using a PC and the movie came through fine - except the sound and your mouth weren't exactly in sync! But that is ok - I still watched the whole thing.
You rock!

This is GREAT, Donna! Love hearing you for a change. :) Think what a long blog entry this would be if you typed it out, lol.
(and thanks for the compliments..hehe!)

Dear Donna I'm probably one of the first who is having difficulty..couldn't see your i movie, I was at a mac site called quicktime 7. I downloaded a program which I thought would then allow me to see your moive. but no, instead it brought me to a trailer about a movie owl in night..HELP!
Posted by: Paola Norman | September 30, 2007 at 03:35 PM

Donna - you made me want to :
- create RIGHT NOW (even though it's nearly 1am here in southern France)
- buy this Journal book (omg! I have the first one and totally LOVED IT!)
- make something EVERY DAY!
thank you my dear!!!!!!! you're a little sunshine! :)

Donna you ROCK -- still...always...more and more. LOVE the movie....LOVE LOVE LOVE that PAINTING. I have a similar "woke up with an inspiration!" story after getting my copy of JOURNAL REVOLUTION....I will email you a pic ('cuz it is a surprise for the recipient--can't reveal it in public just yet!) And now I am going to figure out how to get myself a place at INSPIRED! Any scholarships available? hmmmmm....think I could do a beef and beer fundraiser to benefit myself? where is a good old sugar daddy when you need one?!?!

Donna,
in the words of our Rosie: I triple love the imovie! you should invite Rosie to your event!!!!
I did send an email to her blog (i do it all the time and NEVER receive a response, and i'm okay with that...I choose to believe she reads it, thinks it's nice, and moves on) I requested that she visit your blog and/or read your books. :)
Sending +++ vibes your way. It would be FANTASTIC if you two actually did 'connect' in some way!
Posted by: Shelly in the NW | September 30, 2007 at 10:08 PM
Donna - P.S. did you email Linda Woods (or post on their blog) - they are listing their JOURNAL REVOLUTION ARMY members on their site....get yourself on there and surely THEN Rosie will find you!

I LOVE THIS!!

I've been following for quite a while because the creative inspiration and humor you share with all of us. I'm an emerging artist with a growing support group which includes my clients, my children("kinda boring mom")and my amazing husband who just put a website up
for me.
It occurs to me that you are one of my 'Rosies'
I will find a way to make it to the event and let you know how wonderful your inspiration is in my life. Don't get too cocky now. I have a few Rosies out there who provide me with inspiration. But you invited me and I'm going to make it happen.
Check out my website and see how I create everyday.

Movie worked great - a bit out of sync with the sound, but hey, it was fun. You do NOT sound at all like I expected - you talk like me fastfastfast. I guess I was expecting Carolina ;-). And I LOVE LOVE LOVE your art today and the story behind it. YES, it has paint and it counts. See you in April. Your movie made me look forward to it even more if that's possible.

Bonjour Madame,
I just received your newsletter.
How interesting...
About all your very great
and soooooooooo unique inspiration...
just one question :
...how and where do you find it???
I'm impressed by so much ideas!!!
Alone?
With your own imagination?
With hours of work???
Thanks to your own life???
Do you find ideas by watching other things, as other images/pics, other sites, other blogs, etc...???
In advance, merci beaucoup for answering to this question.
You are sooooooooooooo great for all of us.
Hugs*
