i have gotten several emails about what music i listen to when i run.
i recently (ok last week) bought an ipod shuffle.
i was running with my iphone in my hand,
MUCH HAPPIER NOW!!!
so this is what is on my playlist right now.
love me some hip hop and rap!
cathy right now is most likely clutching her head in musical disbelief...
but truth be told,
you can take the girl outta jersey, but not the jersey out of the girl!!
bring on the black spandex of the 90's, the big hair and lets go clubbin'!!
LOL!!
anyway spent the morning on a creative and dynamic conference call with jim west, heidi swapp, karen russell, michelle van etten and theresa collins huge plans in the works for the ultimate cruise! with some of THE BEST scrapbooking TALENT in the industry. WOW!!
i will have more to talk about in the next week or so...stay tuned!!
and as promised...the new class sneak peek.
still raw, not even close to being complete...
but pure visual and tactile satisfaction,
creating things and making a mess really shouldn't make me THIS happy.
do you see the NEW heather bailey fabric in there?
do you hear the angels singing?
"aaaaaaaahhhh"
love that girl!
my comment is first! i wish i could just spend one day in your studio with you. i think i would absorb enough creativity to last me a lifetime...

Aw yeah, gotta love the SaltnPepa, Rob Base, DMC, and Tag Team... :) Don't forget Give it All You Got - Afro-rican! I also dig the newer tunes like Duffy and KP. We would make good music buddies.

Great playlist!! I see a lot of similar songs on your playlist that is on mine as well. You have inspired me to make a post on my own playlist!! http://mimmersscrapbooks.blogspot.com/2008/08/whats-on-my-playlist.html
Mine list is much longer, but I use it for more than just running on the treadmill. I also lift weights, do Core Secrets, and use a stationary bike too!! I can workout for 1 week without hearing the same song.
Thanks for your inspiration today!!

I have allot of 80's music since I love the 80's and it was a great time for me living in NYC and going to college. I also recently put in Chris Brown and the new Coldplay!! love it. I actually need to download some more tonight for vacation and I am going to browse some new stuff.
oh and you have to have KC and the Sunshine band "boggie shoes!"
and BArry White, he is the man!

Ok, so like most of your songs are on my list too. I used to think I was the only COOL one who still rocked out those 90's tunes.

Yeah...I was born and raised right here in NC, but everyone teases me about having yankee blood in my veins! (not "southern" at all) My parents were from Pakipsy and Philly. :)
The kit looks amazing! *LOVE* the colors!

Hi Donna,
I haven't read your blog in a while because I have been away and sort of out of commission, etc. etc. but Wow! You look fabulous. I mean, you most certainly are fabulous but your before and after photos tell a wonderful story. You just look so much happier! Not to mention SIZE 6!
I am also totally in awe of your journal work. I love Kelly Rae's journals too. Too amazing. Thanks so much. You gave me just what I needed today. And, I hope there is much in it for you too.
