whoo hoo join in the FUN and blog hop with me today!
i just started playing and THIS happened!
god i love that!
the hexagons are made of from canvas that i primed, painted white and added book text too. they're each about 5" each.
all the flowers are fabric (muslin) that have been distressed and inked.
and the stems are all formed out of wire.
this is what they looked like after they were stamped and sewn with a layer of batting sandwiched between the top and back canvas
and then hooked together with chain links. found the chain at Random Arts last weekend from a company called blue moon beads. had no idea why i bought it then, but i do know
voila!
uber cool art quilt with Unity appeal!
i used these Unity stamps!
