i am getting ready to fly over the pond to England in a few hours.
decided not to pack the running stuff, figure it is going to rain anyway, right?
nice to take a break and relax, be creative and LIVE!
got an email from melissa (hi melissa!) yesterday asking me some fabric questions about this album from my fabric scrapbooking book and i thought it rather timely, seeing as i am leaving for england today.
this was my all time most favorite album from the book.
finished up all the kitting on my new fabric ATC kits and just made them live in the shop.
There are only 80 and when they are gone they are gone.
i also want to congratulate the winner of yesterday's Scarlet Lime Project kit giveaway. email me (donna@donnadowney.com) holly and i will have it sent out to you ASAP!

Dear Donna
I make a big mistake between you and an another fantastic scrapgirl in my last comment ...
I am agree with all what I write in my comment except with the first paragraphe. The story of time is not here !!! Sorry ...
But I repeat: your book is fantastic. You are a big creative girl and I have not enough vocabulary in english to say you how long I admire you and your realizations. And also I repeat: next time come to Madrid !!!
Sorry for my bad english. I have to come boack to school to learn it.

Hey Donna - just a little thought from an on-again/off-again self professed "runner" - I've found that when I do my best running (read: when I run regularly without really thinking about it), when I live my best life doing things that are good for me is when I can reframe my thoughts to think of running (or walking, or yoga, or whatever it may be) as a part of LIVING. I noticed your comment about taking a break and just living and it hit me that I've done that, do that, with things in my life and that's usually when I lose my mojo - especially as it relates to exercise. But those days that I think of running as something I can't wait to do, and can't imagine taking a break from (and, yes, those are sometimes really rare moments) well, then, that's when everything in my life seems to run better. Whoo. I've written all that and now I think I wrote it more for me than you! Oh, the power of the written word. Safe trip to England.

Have a safe and fun journey. I love that fabric book. But as much as I oooh and aaahhh over it, fabric and sewing still scare me. So I guess I'll have to hold my breath and take that leap one day. One day.
