sorry, i totally skipped out on inspiration wednesday today. before i knew it it was noon.
i need to get my studio cleared out by monday because the electrician will be here to add and reposition new outlets to accommodate the new room design. YIKES!
this is how the studio looks now.
it may not look like i have gotten anything done but i have an entire living room full of the stuff i cleared out. it is downright amazing how much clutter i have accumulated over the years. each piece tells a story, i am kinda having issues letting it go, but i need to. clean slate, fresh room filled with inspiration and color!
i started listing many of my beloved pieces on ebay last night, they are set to go live thursday night at 11:59 PM (that is all except for the 2 that i forgot to set here. NOTE TO SELF: do not list items on ebay until 1AM, i swear my brain was fried!)
here are some of the other items that i set to list on ebay thursday night.
thought i would leave you with this question today...how do you know your dog is having resentment issues about the new puppy in the house?
you find him in the morning like this.
that is 20 pounds of tango in 2-pound paisleys dog bed! sweet tango!
hahah Tango is freaking hilarious! Big dog in a little bed
Good luck with the electrician!

Guess your dress forms were a stage?! Looks like you're getting rid of them all!

As long as Tango is not ON TOP OF Paisley, you're ok!

Hah! I love that look on Tango's face! Poor thing. I can't wait to check out the things on Ebay. (One thing that helps me when letting things go...which I have a VERY hard time doing...is thinking of the idea I ran across a few years ago: Someone else, somewhere, could REALLY benefit from this "thing" you are not using. Allow them the pleasure.) :)

Ah poor Tango...I feel for the little guy. Looks like you have been busy - what color are you going to do the walls? Also, what color is your new furniture?

Donna...is he having an Alpha dog situation and being nice about it? I had a male dog that "marked his areas" by hiking his leg to make his territory known--and he's potty trained! Looks like Tango is just marking his areas by taking over! Might not be too threatned by Paisley if he's laying on his bed. Maybe??? :-)

OMG I have to tell you...we recently got a second dog. Lady (our 26 pound beagle) curls up in Lido's (our 11 pound Chi/terrier mix) bed every night. It totally cracks me up! :)

Love your craft room---reminds me of mine. Tango looks so sweet all curled up as small as possible.
