donna - can't wait to get this stamp! I just bought the smaller ones from unity stamp. i love this page. I just completed my first sprint triatholon a couple of weeks ago, so it really speaks to me. I definitely have to make this one. Here's a quote for you that is on the wall of the swimming pool in my gym: Before you can accomplish something, you must expect it of yourself.

I had totally lost my creative mojo. Then I started looking at your inspiration Wednesday posts and felt that yearning. Using an art journal, letting go of the rules and restrictions and just playing with art supplies. I feel excited about not being worried about my hand writting or placement and just putting color to a page. Thanks!

i'm trying to train for a marathon, but my asthma keeps getting in the way. i cant seem to be able to run past 2 miles without an attack. it's really putting a hinder on my training. after all, how can you train for a marathon if you can't run more than 2 miles!!!
anyhow, i needed this quote/post more than you'll ever know. thank you donna.

Donna,
Love that the idea came to you while running! I'm not a natural speller either! No spell check with india ink! LOL I better figure out what I want to write first! Love these quick creative ideas! I talk to myself when I create too! :)
Hugs,
Nicole from Arkansas
