Vey inspiring, so yes, it did work! Love your iron-ons, never thought I'd be able to use them right over acrylic paint. Awesome!

Wonderful video. I had no idea one could use iron ons on paper. Are they special iron-ons or just any old iron-ons? Hi to the camera man. Great job...both of you!

Are those new glasses that you tried to sneak in there for half a second at the end of the video? Happy to see that you've got the techno issues ironed out.

"Those of you that've taken my classes know that I love a good brown hole."
That is *the* moment when I laughed so hard, iced latte came out of my nose.
I'm inspired.
And choking.
Thanks Donna!

Another fantastic page & video filled with wonderful techniques. You have really inspired me to let go & be creative with products I have always longed to use but felt I wasn't an artist so couldn't use them. The Dick Blick catalog came recently & I was so excited & have been having so much fun creating MY ART.

Awesome! Thanks for showing all of these wonderful techniques! I found some India Inks at Hobby Lobby, but I wasn't quite sure what to do with them. I think I'd love the oil pastels too!

Oh Donna - I love watching these - thank you! And I had to tell you: I'm the art docent for my daughter's class and we just did an oil pastel project, which we put a watercolor wash over, and of course the pastels were supposed to resist the watercolor. Ummmm...I'd never heard of those dang pastels. One little girl had a box of them, and her picture practically disappeared!!! We kind of saved, but lesson learned!

I am itchin' to do an art journal. ???- What kind of journal are you using? Is it an every day sketch book or something specific? Or does it matter?

Loved the video! I really need to get back into inspiration Wednesdays. Now that I am finishing up a piece for my dad (take a peek on my blog), I should start an art journal for myself. Thanks for the inspiration!

Love your inspiration Wednesday video! NC is my home state and though I haven't lived there in (gasp) 33 years, I love to check in with you and others and just see what you're doing!!! I love your philosphy of art work not having to be perfect and I'm trying to live into that. Thanks for all the inspiration!!!!

YEAH! Your video worked this week! I have a question - you say that you are going to zap the paint with a heat gun, won't that make the paint bubble up?

Very interesting - and of course inspiring result !
I love the background colour, it looks like a magic fairy fountain...
I'll try to love my fears today...

I've been toying with with idea of doing some art journaling...I listened to you talking a while ago on Paperclipping Roundtable...but today it's my first time watching Inspiration Wednesday (thanks to Cathy Zielske and I am so totally inspired! I always thought: where to start, what to do and I will never be able to do that, but you explained it so well! Thanks, Donna. I'll be coming here often :)
