Hi Donna...this is great, as always thank you for sharing your beautiful work with us! I loved the iridescent gold last week so ran out to buy it and now I love it with the magenta. I also love the birds chirping in the background...so peaceful and inspiring. THANK YOU!! :)

I love the patterned duck tape!! I have to go to Target and look for some myself. FYI: I've found pattern packaging tape (the plastic stuff you would tape boxes together with) at Michaels for $1. Talk about some really cool stuff. I was so excited when I found it at Christmas time. I've more recently found more but in differnt patterns/prints. Love the inclusion and how you used the small tag--I think it's my favorite part of the whole page! Thanks for sharing!

Love the end of the journal - and it was fantastic to see it in the flesh on Saturday at Ally Pally (Alexandra Palace!) at the stamp show - it was fun watching you do the make and takes. Glad you got home safe.

I have loved watching this journal come to life. One question...does the book actually close (with the clasp) since it is so thick and some of the pages have elements hanging off? Thank you, Donna, for lighting a fire inside me to create!

Love the birds chirping in the background. I had to pause the video to determine it was coming from your place. I have that lovely sound here too but the windows are all closed at the moment. Always love your work. Thanks so much for sharing it so generously.

Whats up with watching inspiration Wednesday on Thursday? Oh well sometimes thats my life.
I'm watching it at 5am does that count?
I was painting walls in my house the other day and thought about you.
Do you have any drippage running down your walls in your home?
Just thought it could be a new Donna Downey inspiration.
Walls could be next.
Love all your inspiration!

Loved hearing the birds singing in the background too! Creating in such lovely sounds... ahhhh. I love your music, but the birds were a great background too. Looking forward to you starting your next journal.

Your work is so inspiring, reminds me of how children make art --- random and free and giving in to their fancy. For me, it's inspiring because I realize how much you have to make your inner child take over as you create. You can't be this buttoned-up, perfectionistic adult. Being messy is FUN!!

this is the coolest note book i´ve ever seen!
