Jet lag -- perfect description of the after inspired hangover :) THANK YOU, Bill, Melissa, the entire Studio crew and icrew, teachers, Paolo, vendors, holy moly there's so many people who made Inspired such an "inspiring" event. You Rock sista. Thank you soooooooooooo much! *big hugs*

Inspired bliss! That is what it was! Love, love, loved it this year. It didn't have the frenetic pace of last year. Loved that we had time for make and takes. Hated that I bought one of everything in the vendor fair and two of some. Came home and placed a big Dick Blick order: jacquard exciter packs, encaustic paint, encaustabord... Yep, certainly didn't have enough on hand with everything else I bought. Now I am waiting for my little encaustic griddle. Have to go meet my local bee keeper. Gotta go buy a free motion foot for my sewing machine. Yep, post Inspired inspiration. Can't wait to go to my art class tonight and share my projects with my friends. Donna, Bill and all others who made this weekend what it was, THANK YOU! Thank you for the friendship, for allowing me to meet some of the most amazing women. For everything. You are right, Inspired four was a HUGE HIT and you can't explain the feeling to anyone. Looking forward to next chapter!

CREATIVE HANGOVER....thank you again for an amazing inspired time...(not just an event!)
This quote sums up Inspired
"“At the heart of each of us, whatever our imperfections, there exists a silent pulse of perfect rhythm, which is absolutely individual and unique, and yet which connects us to everything else.”
George Leonard (1923-2010);
American writer

Donna, Bill, Lottie, Melissa and the rest of the iCrew -- Thank you so much for Inspired. It was an amazing event. The creative energy was off the charts. I'm trying to explain it to people at home and I just can't do it justice. You had to be there and experience it yourself. What an incredible feeling to be surrounded by 200 like minded women, all creating amazing pieces of art.. pure zen.

Can I just second what Laurie said? I was excited going into Inspired, but just blown away once it started. Loved the classes, bought almost everything at the vendor fair and I, too, was making a list at Dick Blick yesterday. We're already planning encaustic get-togethers (as soon as our kits arrive). My kids and I are collecting plastic to make them bags. My daughter promptly grabbed my Suzi Blu painting and took it to her room!
A huge thank you to Donna, Bill, the iteam, and all the teachers. You guys made this one person ecstatically happy. :)

Ditto to all the comments above! Just the feeling of all that creative energy was such a high (I'm sure it didn't have anything to do with all the caffeine I consumed!) Thank you Donna and Bill for a totally fabulous experience! All the teachers were awesome, and I will be making fabric, encaustic collages, and more. I'm going to keep that creative energy going. I had a ball!

People want to hear all about this year's Inspired, but this year it can't be explained. You just had to be there. I can't seem to find the words to convey the happiness I saw and felt. Anxious to see Paolo's photos.
