"what if...?"
i like to think of this question as my inner voice trying to tell me something and when i begin to think "what if...?" i feel passionate about making the time to explore it further. i have never been dissappointed. not only does the "what if...?" idea lead me into uncharted personal creative territory, but it always leads to grander ideas and to more "what if...?" possibilities.
listen to your "what if...?" ideas this week and act on them, you never know where they might take you!

You amaze me as always! Funny thing, today, before I watched this video, I was working in my art journal and I tried layering lace all down a page. LOL! I wasn't sure if it would work, but I was inspired by your page that you did with the muslum strips. I love texture too.
Thank you so much for doing these. My daughter (6 years old) and I watch you every week together. She's really advanced in her painting techniques since she's been watching you. Thank you!

Loved your fun pages video today Donna! I never thought of using trim for a background. Sometimes I make decent backgrounds and I don't know what to put on top! You always find something to put on top and that is inspiring!

Thank you for putting this one in your top ten. It is awesome I love it, the texture, the colours, the pennants, the embellishments, using your stash of stuff. The quotes, are perfect! I hope you have a great day with your daughter.
