The larger format really seems to agree with you. I liked watching how you changed your mind through the process. I've never videotaped myself but would like to just for the fun of watching the playback. You learn by doing and by watching. Your surfaces really have a lot of depth and layers and now I know why! Thanks for taking the time to share with us.

You did it again - I want to add some black dots or splats or something to the large flower. You should design paper that has large halfway finished art for us to buy and add out own finishes. Love how you finished but you make my fingers itchy to work which I mean as a great compliment to your videos! Thanks so much for sharing and giving me itchy fingers!

fab pages. love watching them morph from one thing to another. I have found that using acrylics on a double page spread make the pages stick together - do you have this problem?

thank you so much for another fantastically inspirational video and thank you for generously sharing your creative process with us. It is so great to be able to watch the painting emerge right in front of our eyes. You gave me the motivation to go and finish that painting that was abandoned on my desk for a couple of weeks. Love what you do!

Hi Donna,
I'm new to the world of art journaling and have been wandering around YouTube watching all sorts of interesting artists, but your work is SO MUCH FUN to watch because you come across as someone who is actually creating, not someone working from a pre-established plan. That's the kind of from-the-gut creativity I love! I'm a novelist, myself, but have gotten into paper arts and journals as a way of helping me work through some nasty creative issues, and I've fallen in love with the medium.
I was wondering, and if you've answered this before somewhere let me know - how do you film yourself working? I've noticed most artists in video shoot from the same angle, but since I know jack-all about cameras I don't even have a clue where to start.
Love, love your work, and I'm so glad I just found you so I can enjoy all your YouToobin' from the beginning. :)
