collage monday

a whole new color palette! i played with a mix of papers, ink, oil pastels and pastel pencils before it wa all said and done...i even broke out my sizzix to cut those circles!

i really like the color and texture in this one...hope you enjoy!

supplies used:

• A4 moleskine journal
• random patterned paper
• white gesso
• orange Dr Martins bombay india ink
• "empowered words" stamp set
• "art & possibility" stamp set
• sennelier oil pastels
• faber castell (design memory craft) pastel pencils
• li'l davis alphabet stickers (these are really old!)
• a vintage photo

• joint tape

This is beautiful. My biggest frustration with your collage monday posts is sometimes (okay alot!) I say, "how the heck did she do that!" Is the background pattern (zigzag lines)the paper you used or is that a stamped? I love that fact that you took a pattern that I would normally not like and turned it into something different that looks so very cool. I really like this one a lot! (But I say that about everything you do) LOL!
