Thanks for braving the rigors of BestBuy to bring us Inspiration Wednesday! I didn't notice a big difference in cameras but I usually watch on the iPad. I was glad to see how well cobalt teal and peacock feathers work together. You're making it hard to hoard the cobalt teal! ;)

Love the pages and the video. I agree with Barbara, the old camera is better quality :)
Question: Have you tried applying Pan Pastels with cut and dry foam? I'm going to try it and I'll get back to you.

I noticed a slight difference but not great. I know you can find better ones out there. Your work is so amazing and so full of texture you need something better. You can also try better lighting n see if that works.
Beautiful job!

Thanks so much for a wonderful video. I love watching you, not only is your art amazing, but you seriously make me laugh. Just makes me want to give you a big squeeze - so cute! On another note, I like the idea of the "embedding", think I'll try that today.
Thanks!

I get such a kick out of watching you do your inspiration day projects!!! You're like a little kid let loose in a candy shop! It's so nice do be able to do what you love and pass that knowledge on to all of us.

Loved the new pages, enjoyed your energy. New camera defines better but seems a bit unclear. I'm guessing but it may only need a bit of adjustment (tone isn't same quality but clarity of edges is better). Viewing on PC with IE 8.

fun video - as usual! Not sure about camera quality - i'm watching wireless downtown while i run our gallery on my macbook - but I did notice I wasn't able to watch the whole video without it stopping & starting (something youtube has been doing on all our computers lately - but less likely when I'm here - vimeo works fabulous (hint, hint...!)). Question: Can you please post the words you put on your inclusion? They sound very inspirational and like something I'd love to add to my quote collection! Thank you!!

Fabulous page!
I have a question. I've never used Pan Pastels, never really wanted to because I thought they were chalky and would rub off my pages. You just stenciled them on -will it stay?

Oh! Oh! OH! AWE.SOME creation! I loved watching your process. It seems so easy for you. Everything I create is labored---worse than having a baby actually ;-) Thanks for sharing.

I really need to purchase one of your journals, I really liked adding the type to the inside flap, now I understand why it's there. I'm the kind that likes a little bit of journaling, first time I've seen you do that. You always make me smile watching your video's, I look forward to them every week. waving hi from the hills of North Carolina :)

Speaking of Starbucks- here's a funny story about them--My husband's family has some Starbucks that were involved in the whaling industry back in the day -this family is where Herman Melville got the name for his Captain in Moby Dick (Starbuck) and from there is where Starbucks got the name for their coffee empire! So, that should be worth at least 1 free cup of coffee for me, right?

Hey Donna, The new camera's image is not as crisp and clean as the other. Color is not as bright and vivid either. Go to PC World.com and look up their reviews. John and I go to that site all the time, and have never been disappointed!
