Thanks for the inspiration Ms.D. I made my very first art journal page after watching several of your IW videos.
This page is beautiful :) I linked up your site in my blog post so others might be inspired too.

I really like it. Plus no matter what you do, I always learn something new. I also want to say how much I admire your commitment to your followers. I so look forward to Mon. & Wen as I am sure many many people do. What you do really "matters". hugs, Susan

I really like the simplicity of this page.I always learn something or see a new product while watching your videos; plus it's fun to "hear" your process. :-) Thank you for sharing that process each Wednesday and your photos on Monday. So generous of you to take the time for your readers.

Sometimes the simplicity of art is best. This is one of my favorite pages of yours.

i like it Donna, the tissue is so busy that you really didnt need a whole lot of other stuff. The turquoise bits were just the right touch. What is the difference between the Hydrus watercoler and the India Ink? Do they react the same way on the paper? I've been thinking about buying some india ink, but would the Hydrus be better?

I SO look forward to Inspiration Wednesday each week. So any time you are tempted to not do it - DON'T! Thank you SO MUCH for sharing your artistic endeavor each week and letting me hear how you process as you work on it. It's such an ispiration to me. I operate much the way and find it great to have found a kindred spirit. It confirms to me that I AM AN ARTIST! Thanks again.

Hi Donna,
As does everyone else, I LOVE the simplicity of this page.
I do have a couple of suggestions... 1. If you opened the book around the middle and laid it down that way, would that help to flatten the page more, making it less rounded? 2. Maybe if you only included one signature instead of two, the journal wouldn't become so bulky. But maybe you really like it that way...leading me back to my first idea.
Just a couple of middle-of-the-night ideas. ;-)
I also am so amazed that you seem to wear long sleeves a lot...and WHITE!!! How on earth do you keep your cuffs clean? I'd have them covered in paint within minutes! That's why I work in my Jammie's and I don't have a single pair without splotches of paint on them.
Thanks for the inspiration. I look so forward to Wednesdays.
Artfully yours,
Raine
