dear dear donna...i have loved watching your hands create beautiful art for many years, and this is beautiful art!..the texture and color..is magnificent...but watching your heart and your brain direct your hands was unbelievable...seeing your darlings dogs peak out...you bring such joy and inspiration to me...thanks you for sharing.. my heart is very happy...

this was an amazing process. enjoyed those last 8 minutes so much!! really great page. my fave = the colors!!

Love glass beads! I think I need to get mine out and play. Those colours were beautiful together.
The added video at the end was really fun! Loved seeing little Pixel's head pop out once in a while lol

Donna,
What a great page. The bead gel really adds a funky vibe to the page. A totally unique texture.
I TOTALLY loved the last 8 minutes, watching your process. I have always wondered what it was like from your end. It's a riot how often you look up at the camera as if you are talking to US! I've always liked that aspect of the audio but the visual made it even more special...more personal. It was cool to see where you "go" when we don't see you (actually, your hands!) in the frame. It was also fun watching the pups. Pixel disappeared for a awhile in his carrier then popped up again near the end. At one point, Taco's head popped up and never moved while you were a whirlwind of action. He was SO still, SO focused. Amazing.
Thanks for the fun and inspiration.

Well, I can see that I'm in agreement with everyone, it was fun to watch you and the pups in action! Taco looks soooooo sweet, what great animation in ":her?" face! Pixel, on the other hand looks totally bored with the whole artistic collaboration goin on around "him?" And we all loved watching you talk to us on camera, you are such a doll! Now, I have 2 new products to buy, loving the glass bead gel medium and the enamel accents! waving hi from the hills of North Carolina :)

love it love it love it. the extra vid at the end was fun, I love you Donna but watching Pixal sticking his head in and out of bag was my fave part. :)
Posted by: Pam | October 24, 2012 at 05:54 PM
the time lapse was great! you really do look at "us" while your talking... lol!
:O)

Awesome vid, Donna! It was so cool to watch the way you talked to the camera as if you were talking to us. I love the way your page turned out. I hope the letters stay stuck! ;) Your little purse dog is so adorable! I can't believe he just stayed there in that little bag for the entire time! :)

Loved the project, watching the process, and especially loved the fur babies popping in and out.
Posted by: Tena | October 24, 2012 at 08:12 PM
Obviously what I have to say isn't new since I agree with everyone who posted...loved the pages, the glass bead gel, the pups, the extra footage, the way you talk to "us" aka: the camera. I will say that while I have followed your blog and videos for years I RARELY comment but this one just struck a chord with me that seemed so personal. Maybe it was the extra footage of seeing you chat with us - I don;t know but I just wanted to say how much I loved it and appreciate you and your art!

Wow, Donna, you've provided a couple of days of delight for me! I picked up the new book yesterday and voraciously consumed it over lunch and dinner and was completely enthralled. Then I actually got to watch Inspiration Wed on Wednesday and you made probably my favorite piece in all the months I've been watching. Totally enjoyed watching you from the other side of the room and was struck how tidy you are (I am so NOT!) and how often you only use one hand. LOL Thanks so much!

Love your works of inspiration... And love watching your videos. Oh, and the puppy purse... Bought me one for my fur baby! He won't stay in it as long as your sweetie does...probably should have started him out in it a lot sooner. As always... Can't wait for the next video!

I loved the texture of this page! The colors were awesome, too. But I have to tell you the last few minutes where you are working and being recorded from the computer...made me smile! You have created a spoiled little puppy in that pouch of yours...wish I would have done the same thing with my new little guy. Of course, he wouldn't fit in there now. But I loved the way he was peeking out and then back in the pouch. Thanks for sharing, today and always! I love Wednesdays, just because of you!

Donna, this page is so beautiful, I love it!! The bead gel is now on my list of must haves!! Thankyou for sharing the extra 8min. of footage of you working. It was awesome to actually watch you work in your studio. I noticed the lazy susan you have your paints on, what a great idea, is it just a kitchen one or is it special made for art purposes? I need one in my studio for current or frequently used paints. This was a fantastic inspiration wednesday, this made my day today so much better than it was. Thankyou for inspiration wednesday, it's the best part of wednesday.

Trish, I went to your blog ( thanks for coming by mine ) and wanted to leave a comment, but it said I wasn't using a supported browser, and you have no way of contacting you through e-mail :( I hope you return here, you may never, which will be sad to lose a fellow NC artist/friend! If anyone reads this and happen to visit her blog, please pass this note along to her! Many thanks! waving hi from the hills of North Carolina :)

Hi Donna
I do videos as well and loved your set up can you tell me what kind of camera you use and if you bought the pole set up or made it on your own. I'm having surgery in Dec and to have a free hand to do the videos and not use the flip on a tripod would solve my problem thanks for all your videos they really help get the inspiration going! Peggy
