as a teacher, there is nothing like the feeling of giving instruction and then experiencing it, unfold in the literal hands of someone else, like a snowball gaining momentum while rolling down a mountain...the ideas growing larger and more powerful.
its the most beautiful feeling!!
students of all backgrounds, from around the world, absolute beginners to seasoned artists have come together in the workshop and brought already so much of themselves to the process. its only week one and i can already feel the energy and the empowerment bursting through their comments and artwork.
their work is too good not to share, so today i am posting some of the incredible artworks that have come out of week 1 of my "48 Weeks" workshop.

{by Anne Gaffney-lehl}
{by Michelle Mitchell}
and so many more!!
i will try to share each week a little bit more of the art being produced and the PURE MAGIC happening in the process
if your interested there is a public facebook page for "48 Weeks" and i more than invite you to LIKE that page and have access to the students work as they share throughout the year!
if you'd like to sign up to be a part of my "48 Weeks" online course today,
These are amazing!

Oh wow, it's so amazing to see all of these in one place! I can already tell that 48 Weeks will be one of the best purchases I've ever made for myself. :) I love the sense of camaraderie and sharing that's happening in the workshop almost as much as I love learning new techniques and improving my art skills.

These are wonderful. I love the ethereal feel. I hope that I will be able to afford this class someday. Will it be possible to buy the quarter worth of classes after they are done? I have to pay off kids braces first but really want to join in the summer!

Wow! If week 1 is any indication, there's going to be mountains of beautiful art when this is over. And just the process must be immensely satisfying.
