Hi Jackie - it is a product, although I have not checked to see if it is still available โ I purchased it three or four years ago. It is very easy to create something virtually identical by mixing Gokden acrylic glazing liquid (linked above in the supplies) with a cream or light tan colored acrylic paint at about a 1:1 ratio.

Love the honesty and the creativity of this page. I definitely want to try the technique you used of incorporating the printed image and making it look as if it was hand-drawn.
