Searching for Your Shadow
Today we are going to ask our shadow to come out and play. We all have a shadow side. The parts of us that are insecure, afraid or hidden from ourselves and the world. But if we can acknowledge them, then they won't control us. So I am going to ask you to be brave and invite your shadow side to play.

There's so much to love about this video! I love how you talk about the shadow voices so matter-of-factly and by doing so, imply that we all have them. I love the way you share your own shadows with the audience. And of course, as always, you make the art idea easy and fun to try! So good on so many levels!
